Markos Fuson


Mr. Fuson is the grandson of the former military governor of Athens, Attica and the western provinces of Macedonia, as well as a member of the family that owns and operates the founding brokerage house of the Athens Stock Exchange. Possessing three prime ministers in his extended family, Mr. Fuson inherited a legacy of distinguished service that has shaped his approach to life to become constantly aware of the dedication and direction instilled within him by his Greek heritage.


Mr. Fuson is the Founder, Chairman and President of an international holding corporation dedicated to establishing an indelible world-wide footprint on economies that leave a legacy of accomplishment and contribution. He was a Vice President for Right Management Consultants, the world’s largest publicly traded (NASDAQ: RMCI) human resource consulting firm. Mr. Fuson has also been a Hospital Administrator at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital. He maintains a solid network of top-level contacts in business, government and entertainment both in Greece and the United States.


Mr. Fuson completed his Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Redlands and has completed selected work at Loyola Law School.



Ray Winn


Mr. Winn studied electrical and nuclear engineering at Capital Radio Engineering Institute, Washington, D.C., and spent 20 years on-the-job training by staff physicists and nuclear engineers at Los Alamos, Sandia, and Lawrence Livermore Labs, where he engaged in nuclear weapons testing, high energy physics, high-speed photography, remote site construction of technical/housing/research facilities and the nuclear submarine program.  Mr. Winn developed and sold a high resolution photo-polymer system for sub-micron imaging as applied to semiconductor photomask, then started Advanced Semiconductor Products, Inc., engaged in manufacturing and licensing products relating to his inventions for the semiconductor and related industries with technological patents that are the prerequisites to the manufacture of over 95% of the world’s semiconductors.  Since 1995, Mr. Winn has also been a real estate investor, acquiring and exchanging distressed commercial buildings, and remodeling, managing and leasing properties in both California and Texas.


Mr. Winn’s real estate project responsibilities include the selection of architects, engineering and construction firms including Bechtel Corporation, Parsons Engineering, Reynolds Engineering, Charles Luckman Architects, Selected GSA and commercial approved auditing firms for project monitoring.  He currently holds 7 commercial buildings in Texas as investment properties and a trophy home in Montecito, CA which he is currently remodeling to sell.


J. Mailen Kootsey


Dr. Kootsey had a 41 year career in university education, followed by 10 years of consulting. He has been associated with three universities – Duke University (20 yrs), Andrews University (10 yrs), and Loma Linda University (11 yrs) – having at various times faculty appointments up through full professor, department chair, academic dean, and academic vice president. Dr. Kootsey has taught electro, human and mathematical physiology, pharmacology, cell biology, biophysics, nuclear physics, computer science and software engineering. He was Principal Investigator and Director of the National Biomedical Research Resource, a research facility at Duke University funded by the US National Institutes of Health. He is owner and President of Simulation Resources, Inc., developing mathematical models for medical research at Health Canada and F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd (Basel) and patient records software for the neonatal unit at Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV).


Dr. Kootsey has traveled the world lecturing and teaching and has many published papers, abstracts, chapters in books, and blog articles on physiology, computer software, and science and religion. Grants to Dr. Kootsey for research from the US National Institutes of Health and other entities have totaled more than US$10 million. He also holds two patents, one on medical instrumentation and one on Web software.


Dr. Kootsey received his B.A. in Physics from Pacific Union College, and then went on to Brown University to get both his Sc.M. and Ph.D. in Physics.


Ghassan Hannoudi

EVP Iraqi Relations

Mr. Hannoudi is a mechanical engineer with more than 25 years of experience managing and coordinating a variety of projects for US companies in Iraq. He founded businesses that managed the drilling of 140 water wells around Iraq for Bechtel and Parsons and manufactured pumps for the wells. His business also coordinated supply services for parts for government vehicles and other goods. He was also General Manager for the Badad Auto Company who contracted with the U.S. military to maintain and repair all cars and  SUV’s belonging to the U.S military Victory Base Complex (VBC) in Iraq. Since 2013, Mr. Hannoudi has been Sales Manager for A&H Industry LLC in San Diego, California, planning all aspects of sales including price schedules and discount rates, customer preferences, budgets, and sales projections.


Mr. Hannoudi has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad, Iraq. He completed a 30-day course in Business Administration on the US Victory Base and also received a certificate of appreciation and medals from the US military for good execution of contracts. Mr. Hannoudi is fluent in both English and Arabic and has excellent oral and written communication skills.



Jeff DeRosia

EVP Domestic Sales

Mr. DeRosia has more than 30 years experience in oilfield construction while employed by Grand Isle Shipyard based in Galliano, Louisiana. He began as a welder and was promoted to Construction Foreman running small offshore crews. A year later he became Construction Supervisor for Conoco’s project building one of the first deep water wells in the Gulf of Mexico. He later moved to piping and structural drafting for the fabrication side of the Shipyard. He supervised crews ranging from 10 to more than 100 in projects for ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, Shell, and BP. 22 months were spent off the coast of Nigeria for a Shell project and a year for Shell in Brazil.


Currently, Mr. DeRosia is Operations Manager over the Project Management and Offshore Solutions divisions of Grand Isle Shipyard.



A. Stephen Alexander

EVP HR & Org.



Dr. Alexander received his B.A. in Psychology at Eastern College, and then a masters in Theology from American Baptist Seminary.  Upon receiving his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles, he went on to serve as the Senior Manager for the Human Resource Strategies Group at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, then VP of Organizational Consulting at Right Management Consultants, then Organizational Development and HR Consultant at Spherion Human Capital Consulting.


Since 2006, Dr. Alexander has been at Value Options, Inc. consulting large clients (Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Rockwell, Avery Dennison, Nike, Aramark, Providence Health Care, etc.) on a wide range of organizational development issues, including educating management and supervisors on performance behaviors and approaches to increase employee productivity while ensuring a positive work environment.


Dr. Alexander has an extensive track record consulting to and serving in large and/or growing companies developing, delivering and leading organizational change, leadership development programs, EAP and processes and HR strategy and tactics.  He maintains the following certifications:  1) Birkman Assessment Methodology consultation, 2) Leadership Architect (familiar with Lominger's entire suite of products), 3) Zenger/Miller Trainer, 4) Change Works - Change Leadership and Change Management, and 5) PDI Profilor Assessment.


Miltiades Goudamanis

Mr. Goudmanis’ Global Strategies Council is a dynamic organization specializing in government relations and business development. From 1998 to the present, Mr. Goudamanis has personally handled a wide spectrum of projects for the commercial growth of commodity trading contracts, emphasis on the energy sector.  Mr. Goudamanis works directly with many companies in identifying various sale and purchase agreements for crude oil and LNG.  As part of the service in drafting and executing various complex contracts, he conducts negotiations with top governmental officials.  Earlier, Mr. Goudamanis served as the Director at the Department of Commercial Development of the Hellenic Asian Council on Development and Trade in Athens.  Mr. Goudamanis is also part of Helix Oil International’s advisory board, a 30 year old oil boutique trading company active in Europe and Asia. Mr. Goudamanis holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and International Relations, along with a bachelors degree in Marketing.

Joseph Papay

VP Logistics

Joe Papay, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at East Stroudsburg University and took advanced studies at Harvard University in negotiations, Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Supply Chain Management, and Duke University for Business and Finance.  Joe served in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.


Mr. Papay has acted as a senior consultant to Mr. Fuson providing strategic, operational, logistical guidance and solutions.  Joe has more than 25 years of extensive experience in leadership, operations, logistics and global supply chain management, both in the Marine Corps and civilian sector.  His resulting expertise in strategic and day-to-day issues provides clients planning and problem-solving techniques that ensure communications and cooperation are at the optimum levels necessary to deliver success.


Joe’s extensive background in military intelligence coupled with his leading the strategic theater in the conflicts in Eastern Europe lends his experience to logistical expertise.  When complicated decisions are needed and time is of the essence, he can deliver. Joe will be expanding the company’s global presence with an emphasis on its core value of building lasting relationships.

Alexios Alexander

Mr. Alexander holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & Economics as well as a Juris Doctorate.  Mr. Alexander has served as Marketing Director for a law firm for a number of years, and has also taught for several years at the university level as an Adjunct Professor.

Jovian Kalasho

Mr. Kalasho holds multiple degrees that include the following: Masters degree in Project Management, Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration, Criminal Justice and Computer Information, and Associate degrees in Computer Drafting and Design and Web Design Technology.  Mr. Kalasho utilized his advanced degrees, culture experience, and business acumen to provide Alexandros, Inc. with translation, negotiation, and information technology solutions catered to Republic of Iraq clientele.

Konstantinos Topaloglou

Dir. European Affairs

Konstantinos Topaloglou studied Civil Eng. at Northeastern University. He participated as an investor for the rebirth of the legendary motorcycle brand INDIAN from 1992-1998. Topaloglou established Chesterfield Ltd, organizing the expansion of the brand and the sister company in the United States Chesterfield NYC in 2006. The Chesterfield business is still operated by his family. In 2008, Topaloglou established Seman Ltd in the energy management sector in Dubai and was its first Managing Director. He continues as a shareholder until today.  Topaloglou presently serves as energy advisor for electricity suppliers HERON s.a and Watt&Volt s.a.
